Shelly is a Masters Level Special Educator for children ages birth to five. She has experience working with special purpose programs for children with developmental, social and emotional regulation challenges. At Cape Care Pre-School she implements age appropriate instruction and supervision engaging with children in a nurturing and developmentally age appropriate way. In 2014, UNH awarded Shelly a Leadership and Education Fellowship in Neurodevelopment and Related Disabilities. She is a member of the Autism Society of Maine and advocates for family and community support.
